Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, Angelo Cuore online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes addresses, which are not available through UPS.

All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (UPS, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Ground Service: Customers can expect delivery 3-10 business days after the order is processed.

2-Day Service:  Customers can expect delivery in 2 business days on orders placed prior to noonEST Monday to Friday.

The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Return policy:

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges on new unused items for up to 20 days from the day of purchase with your original receipt or order packing invoice. Return items should include the vendor packaging and all tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandize can not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the responsibility of the client. Upon inspection your return will be completed as fallow:

 

Regular price merchandise- Within the 20 day return period a credit will be given to the original method of payment.

We do not accept returns after 20 days, returns after 20 days will be returned to the customer. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement. We only accept returns from our E-commerce Angelo Cuore website. Product purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.  All sale items are final sale.

Price adjustments on previous purchase are not permitted.

Accessories are not returnable but we can honor you with an exchange.

Angelo Cuore reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.                 

 

BACKORDERS:

Based on availability, we may be unable to fulfill an ordered item. Our customer service department will send an e-mail indicating when the item will be available and send it to you. If you decided to exchange or cancel your order you will be credit in 48 hours.

 

Order Status:

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*and the tracking number to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.


Order Cancellation :                                                                                                  

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is shipped," it cannot be canceled.

 

Payments:  We are happy to offer you a Paypal service where we accepted all forms of payment and all of your transactions are protected.

 

International Purchases: U.S only Shipping

At this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States.
