How do I contact Customer Care?

Is my package insured?

Your Angelo Cuore order is insured in transit against theft and accidental damage until it reaches the delivery address specified. Once your purchase has been delivered and signed for, it’s not longer covered by insurance.

 

How will I know you received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your credit card has been approved and the receiving address has been verified, your order will be accepted and the item will then be shipped.

 

Does Angelo Cuore.com ship to post office boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to post office boxes.

We recommend that you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a

signature on delivery.

 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

You will find the chart for charges and additional information by click on Customer Service or when you are ready to complete your transaction in the Shopping Bag.

 

How can I track my order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from our Customer Care team where they will provide you a tracking number. After that you can go to the UPS web site and track your package.
